Terms & Conditions
Create the selected jingle package for the client suitable for radio, TV, web, video, and other electronic advertising and production. A full set of standard mixouts :30/:15 can be provided, including production loops and beds for video, web, etc. production. Additional music beds based on the approved final product can be generated and provided. Telephonic OMG / MOH messaging can be included featuring client-scripted VO’s featuring the jingle/music.
A 50% deposit required to initiate production. The balance will be due immediately on delivery of complete, finished, client-approved product.
All material will be submitted, and is subject to client approval.
Client will have full ownership, rights, and broadcast usage of the complete, finished, client-approved product package on payment of the balance, into perpetuity.
Material not approved by the client for this project will remain the property of Tommy House Studios/LaunchJingles.
Final product will be electronically delivered, and of professional, broadcast-quality audio files.
